About
Fourteen winters in, still not leaving
Erin came up for one ski season and stayed for all of them. Home is Glenshire, the office is wherever her clients are, and the golden retriever has opinions about which trailheads count as work meetings.
How Erin works
Most of my business is repeat clients and their referrals, and that's by design. I'd rather tell you the honest thing about a house today and earn the next three transactions than flatter my way into one.
I know these neighborhoods the way you only can from living here: which HOA rules actually get enforced, which streets the plows hit first, which lots hold their sun in December. That knowledge is free at the first coffee. That's how this works.
When I take a listing, my name is on the sign in your yard. Up here, where everyone knows everyone, that means something. I don't list homes I wouldn't stand behind, and I don't disappear after the photos are taken.

Winter is the real test
An agent who knows what February means
Anyone can sell Tahoe in July. Erin walks roofs-worth-of-snow winters, flags the north-facing driveways, reads the ice-dam stains, and knows which cabins were built for it. That's the difference between buying a mountain home and buying a mountain problem.
Wondering what your place is worth?
Zillow guesses. Erin gives you a real number, from real Truckee-Tahoe comps, within one business day.
